I get to give presentations from time to time about various topics in technology. A few of them can be found on my Slideshare page. http://www.slideshare.net/scofire/
I get to watch a lot of presentations about technology. Some are great, some need a little help, and some I wish I could hand off to one of my students and say "here, make this better".
Came across this great blog post from Garr Reynolds from his blog Presentation Zen. It discusses a list his students came up with of Good and Bad Elements of a presentation.

Read that and also make sure to check out Don McMillan's funny presentation "Life After Death by PowerPoint". This is an updated expanded version of his original 2008 presentation. Worth your 10 minutes.
